Our tunnel metal detector head has a detection range of up to 1,000 mm. The weight is 350 g with a belt size of 1000 mm.

The head is designed for use in food production, environmental and pipeline industries. It can detect metal, metal particles, free fall and stainless steel, as well as food products and pipeline metal. The device can be used both automatically and manually with an inspection system that can be installed at the location where the product is produced. It also has a wide range of applications in the food industry.
The VDF22  is an advanced tunnel metal detector head with a belt size of 1000 mm. The head can be used in the detection of metal, metal particles, free fall and stainless steel. This product is also used in the detection of food products, pipeline metals, food safety and production lines. It is used in the automatic rejection of pipelines and other industrial applications.

The VDF22 is primarily intended for use in the food industry to detect metal contamination on food products during production processes and food safety inspection systems.

This product has been designed with an extended range which allows it to be used to detect heavy metals such as lead from many different types of surfaces including stainless steel pipes as well as pipes made from other metals such as copper or brass at low levels of contamination (less than 0.01%). This means that it can be used to detect leaks in pipelines where there may be no visible signs of corrosion but where traces of metallic contamination may still be present from previous use or from leakage caused by corrosion during production processes such as welding or painting operations performed on pipes made from those materials during their manufacture process (i.e., before being installed into their final
