The Portable Door Frame Walk-Through Metal Detectors for Personnel Screening are perfect for any facility that requires a portable metal detector to screen personnel. The detectors are lightweight and easy to carry, allowing them to be used on mobile security teams in airports, at trade shows and conventions, and even in schools. They also come with a carrying case that makes transporting them a breeze.

The detector is made from an aluminum alloy frame that makes it durable and lightweight. It features a digital readout so you can quickly identify the type of metal being detected by the unit, which ranges from 0 - 500 grams (0 - 5 pounds). The detector will operate on batteries or AC power (either plug-in or internal charging). This allows you to take it anywhere without worrying about finding an outlet or having access to an electrical source.

The display on the unit shows which type of metal is being detected by displaying four different colors: yellow for mild steel; red for medium steel; blue for heavy steel; and green for unknown material. It also shows if there is more than one type of metal present within whatever object or person is being scanned by using a combination of lights showing both yellow and red signals simultaneously while turning off the green light
