Viking Stable and High Sensitivity Food Grade Detection Metal Detector is a food grade metal detector that detects metal, metal particles, free fall, stainless steel, metal contamination, food products, pipeline metal, food safety and production lines. This product has a wide range of detection sensitivity from 0.1 ug/ml to 1mg/kg and can detect metals like gold, platinum or silver up to 0.01mg/kg. It also detects non-metallic materials such as glass and ceramic products up to 0.0001g/l. The detector has a built-in automatic reject function which will stop the system when there is no signal being detected within 2 minutes after power supply has been turned on. This allows for quick start-up times when starting up your manufacturing process or production lines at night time.

The Viking Stable and High Sensitivity Food Grade Detection Metal Detector features a wide detection range, fast response time and accurate results. It can detect the presence of metal objects in various types of food products including meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, dry goods, bakery items and more. The Viking Stable and High Sensitivity Food Grade Detection Metal Detector also detects stainless steel at a very low level of 0.1 mg/L (0.01 mg/L).
The Viking Stable and High Sensitivity Food Grade Detection Metal Detector is available in two models: Model HT1101 has an operating frequency range from 60 kHz to 5 GHz; Model HT1102 has an operating frequency range from 10 kHz to 5 GHz. Both models have a maximum detection voltage of 250VAC ±5%, a maximum frequency response bandwidth of 100 kHz with a 1% tolerance for all frequencies up to 100 kHz, a minimum detectable frequency of DC 0.1 Hz and maximum sensitivity at 1 MHz on both models with a resolution less than 0.0001 mm/V
