Scope of application:

It is applicable for quantitative weighing of irregularly shaped, large volume, and easily damaged materials with a large weighing difference in bagged and boxed fresh produce in supermarkets and fresh markets, such as vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood products.

Working principle:

After the materials are placed on each weighing platform, the control system automatically calculates the automatic allocation according to the preset target weight value. The weighing platform with the best combination of target weight will light up and the product will be automatically conveyed to the middle conveyor belt and complete the allocation. When the weight of a single weighing platform exceeds the upper limit of the set target, the corresponding weighing platform on the screen will light up in red and beep.

Weight allocation combination:

· Strong quantitative weight allocation combination: can independently or combinably allocate weight by weight and quantity targets, in line with the principle of average weight, minimum total weight, and statistical principles;
· Strong product adaptability: the products to be allocated weight are not limited by the shape, size or packaging of the products themselves. After weight allocation, they can be directly transported to the packaging process without any modification;
· Multi-station automatic intelligent weight allocation: 12 stations operate simultaneously, efficiently solving the low efficiency of manual repetitive weight allocation. The weight allocation process is combined with the packaging process, and the automatic online weighing and weight allocation are completed in one step, while achieving high-precision weight allocation packaging.
· Expandable intelligent solution: The quantitative weight allocation machine can be connected to an automatic feeding machine to send it to the working platform. After manual feeding, weight allocation and combination can be performed on the manual packaging machine station/automatic packaging machine station production line, realizing the integration of feeding, target weight allocation, and manual/automatic packaging.
