Scope of application:

Working principle:

After the materials are placed on each weighing platform, the control system automatically calculates the automatic allocation according to the preset target weight value. The weighing platform with the best combination of target weight will light up and the product will be automatically conveyed to the middle conveyor belt and complete the allocation. When the weight of a single weighing platform exceeds the upper limit of the set target, the corresponding weighing platform on the screen will light up in red and beep.

Weight allocation combination:

· Strong quantitative weight allocation combination: can independently or combinably allocate weight by weight and quantity targets, in line with the principle of average weight, minimum total weight, and statistical principles;
· Strong product adaptability: the products to be allocated weight are not limited by the shape, size or packaging of the products themselves. After weight allocation, they can be directly transported to the packaging process without any modification;
