Product Description

Multiscanning technology has transformed the way metal detectors are used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Multiscanners detect metal contaminants upto 50% smaller than the previous detection systems.

Multiscan technology allows for scanning up to five frequencies. This greatly increases the probability of detection. Multispectrum radiography systems use a computer and a scanner to detect contaminants in food processing. This is accomplished by passing a beam across a product. It bounces back to the machine to create an imaging. Based on the results of the analysis, an on-board control unit decides whether the product should go ahead or be rejected. The software used to control the product accepts or rejects it based upon a company's predetermined acceptance standard.

There is no reason to be worried about any health risks that x-rays may pose. Modern xray machines for pharmaceutical and food applications don't contain radiation sources like uranium.
