Modern packaging lines demand integrated quality control solutions that not only ensure product integrity but also optimize production space and speed. The Incline Checkweighing and Metal Detection System is a dual-purpose inspection machine combining two critical functions: weight verification and metal contamination detection, all within a space-saving inclined conveyor structure.
Ideal for bagged products, bottles, boxes, and sealed pouches, this system is designed to meet the strictest standards in food, pharma, and general packaging - especially where vertical space or inclined transitions are needed between processing zones.
Simultaneously inspects for foreign metals (ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel) and ensures each pack is within correct weight range.
Reduces the need for two separate machines and minimizes line footprint.
Designed for upward or downward product transport.
Customizable slope angle (typically 15°-45°) allows vertical transitions within limited factory space.
Out-of-tolerance weight items and metal-contaminated products are rejected via pusher, flap, or air-blow ejectors.
Dual-sorting option available to separate metal and weight rejections into different bins.
Unified control panel with high-resolution HMI.
Product memory, real-time statistics, rejection logs, and multi-language operation.
IP65-rated SUS304 stainless steel frame suitable for washdown zones.
FDA-compliant PU or modular belts for direct food contact.

Q: Can it work with metalized film or foil packaging?
A: For foil bags, we recommend our X-ray combo checkweigher, or using ferrite suppression algorithms. Consult us for custom solutions.
Q: What's the incline angle limit?
A: Standard up to 45°. Beyond this, product stability must be evaluated case-by-case.
Q: Is it suitable for wet or humid environments?
A: Yes, with IP65 protection and optional waterproof components, it's ideal for moist or washdown areas.
The Incline Checkweighing and Metal Detection System is an intelligent solution for facilities that require dual inspection functions within limited space or vertical transitions. Engineered for accuracy, reliability, and speed, it helps manufacturers maintain strict quality control and product safety while reducing inspection station size and cost.
Whether you're a food producer, pharmaceutical packager, or OEM automation integrator, this all-in-one solution will improve your inspection efficiency and compliance - without compromise.
Multiscanning technology is revolutionizing the identification and production of metal in the food, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Metal detectors have advanced a lot. Multiscanners have the ability to detect metal contaminants with a volume up to 50% lower than traditional detection systems. They can also detect food items with high product effects like water and salt.
Multiscan technology can scan up to five frequencies at a time, increasing the chances of detection. Multispectrum-x-ray systems are used to detect food contamination and other metals. To create images, they pass a beam through the product. Based on this analysis, the onboard control systems decides whether to accept or reject a product. The software that controls the system accepts/rejects the image (and any item it's showing) according to a pre-determined acceptance level.
You need not be concerned about the health implications of xrays. Modern xray equipment for pharmaceutical and food purposes doesn't have any radiation sources. In fact, the system is designed to offer a safe environment for operators. This equipment is safe for everyone, except pregnant women and young children, as long as safety guidelines have been followed.
