Product Description

Multiscanning technology is revolutionizing the identification and production of metal in the food, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Metal detectors have advanced a lot. Multiscanners have the ability to detect metal contaminants with a volume up to 50% lower than traditional detection systems. They can also detect food items with high product effects like water and salt.

Multiscan technology can scan up to five frequencies at a time, increasing the chances of detection. Multispectrum-x-ray systems are used to detect food contamination and other metals. To create images, they pass a beam through the product. Based on this analysis, the onboard control systems decides whether to accept or reject a product. The software that controls the system accepts/rejects the image (and any item it's showing) according to a pre-determined acceptance level.

You need not be concerned about the health implications of xrays. Modern xray equipment for pharmaceutical and food purposes doesn't have any radiation sources. In fact, the system is designed to offer a safe environment for operators. This equipment is safe for everyone, except pregnant women and young children, as long as safety guidelines have been followed.
